Privacy Policy — Capybara Surf

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Capybara Surf ("the Game", "we", "us") handles information when you play it on iOS or Android. By installing and playing Capybara Surf you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

2. Information we process

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email, or contacts. The Game processes the following limited categories of information:

3. How information is used

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles ourselves; any ad personalization is performed by Google AdMob subject to your consent (see Section 5).

Capybara Surf is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Advertising in the Game is configured with a maximum content rating of "Teen" and is not treated as child-directed. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the Game, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data retention

Game progress is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game. Purchase records are retained by RevenueCat and the app stores for as long as needed to support restores and meet legal obligations. Advertising and analytics data are retained by the respective providers under their own policies.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to its processing (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA). To exercise these rights, email us at ivanberezhnyk@gmail.com. Because most data is held by Google and RevenueCat, you may also exercise rights directly with them using the links in Section 4.

9. Data security & transfers

We rely on the security measures of Apple, Google, and RevenueCat to protect information processed through their services. These providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States, under safeguards described in their respective privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Game evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Game after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
